This is a biennial deed for 154000 points. This is an undivided interest that can be used any time during the year, so race fans or bikers this should be of interest to you.

Next use year start - 1/1/2013
Deed comes with 12000 unused points that can be used until 12/31/11 or pooled for up to 3 years.

Fees:
416.57 per year including taxes (34.71/month)

Fees are current.

Points cannot be pooled after the start of the use year, except for VIP owners. Since these points would be considered resale, they would not be eligible for VIP status.

From what I've read, with leftover points at the end of a year, there is only one option, which is to borrower from the following year's points, then deposit with RCI to get a 2 year extension to use those points in RCI. But is that even possible with an EOY? To borrow from 2013 into 2011?

That hadn't been how I understood it in regards to pooling and after reading your post, I verified that you are indeed correct. That being the case, the claim about the 2011 points being available for pooling is null and void for this offer.
