$960/yr seems high for 105,000 points. Are you sure that's not for both contracts? That equates to $9.14 per 1000 points. Maybe this resort is highly desirable with lots of amenities that take a lot of money to maintain each year?

These are converted fixed weeks. There was a special assessment this year that has added about $30 a month over what we're used to.

These are converted fixed weeks. There was a special assessment this year that has added about $30 a month over what we're used to.

Is this a one yr SA, with normal fees about $50 a month?

Yes, this is a one-year Special Assessment with normal fees in the $50's. (I think it was $56 last year).
