This expires tomorrow 11/30. From everything I have read on this, it appears to be transferable and you must book by 11/30 even though travel can be after that date. I make no warranty to this though. This was a travel voucher given as part of the Citi Credit Card for having a certain level of spending in a year. Forgot we had it and found it in the fire safe yesterday.

The voucher seems to be dead. Someone tried to use it and it wouldn't work. I even tried to use it on a mock booking in the account that is tied to the credit card with no luck. Followed the instructions and even triple checked the code and PIN. Not sure what is up with it, but doesn't look like it works. Sorry.
