Giving away my BlueGreen Vacation Club ownership — FREE to a good home.
• 6,000 points total: 3,000 annual (current use year thru 8/31/2027) + 3,000 biennial (good thru 8/31/2028) — all 6,000 currently available
• Deeded home resort: Club 36, Las Vegas (per my purchase docs)
• Annual maintenance fees ~$892, paid in full and current — no loan, no balance owed
• Not a lot of points on its own, but a great supplement to round out an existing BlueGreen setup
• BUYER PAYS BlueGreen's transfer fee; I'll keep fees current until the transfer completes
• Note: per BlueGreen, VIP/Premier perks may not carry over on a private transfer — the points do
