We are looking for new owners for our Foxrun, Lake Lure week. It is a 2br unit in a split level townhouse style building. Really nice amenities on site and low maintenance fees of $840. Recipient pays closing costs.

A resort that has been good to many TUGers. Still trades great in II. My sister goes every year to Morritts using this ownership and when her kids were young, they always went to Marriotts in Orlando.

Yep! We've traded it for years. We just don't timeshare much now since we bought a vacation home. :)
