Hello, I am giving away my 2 bedroom week 44 Foxrun Townhouses in Lake Lure North Carolina week. It has been a great trader for me, but I no longer need it. I will pay the closing cost. Maint fee is $660. You would pay the 2012 fee in January and your use would begin in 2012.
Foxrun trades with II and RCI but I have always used II. This week usually gets an Accommodation Certificate from II when I deposit.
