Humberto Cruz is a syndicated columnist whose articles appear weekly on Monday in our local paper the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.

Today's article was "A Little Forward Planning can Create Some Meaningful Tax Savings." I was unsuccessful finding the Sun-Sentinel online version. However,
I did find it in LoHud.com (New York's Lower Hudson Valley)

Thanks for posting this; I printed both Cruz' article and CCH.
It's good to know that semi-official predictions are available early enough to allow you to do or plan, rather than waiting 'til the very last (official IRS) instant, when you might not be able to do anything about it (this year). --ken
