After a period of frustration at my inability to successfully access subject site --- and "freezing" my computer every time I tried to do so, finally I have positively identified the culprit and adopted a solution.

In short, the culprit was Internet Explorer 6. No amount of tinkering with its security settings or making any other suggested settings alterations to IE6 made any difference at all. All the while, I swear I thought I could hear Bill Gates chuckling in the background as I fumbled, cursed and experimented in vain.

Making no other changes of any kind to my computer, at the suggestion of a TUG poster (to whom I extend sincere thanks) I relented and downloaded Google "Chrome" onto my computer as an additional browser of relatively low memory or system demand.
Presto --- instant easy access to forums.atozed.com.

I am now quite pleased to finally confirm for myself that forums.atozed.com does indeed exist and will be quite helpful and informative as I try to learn about the Wyndham system and FSP --- hopefully before the fee increases, massive layoffs and FSP transfer policy changes run the whole Wyndham train right off its' tracks...

My sincere thanks to those who offered suggestions, solace or sympathy in regard to my computer plight / ignorance / grousing.
