Does anyone have any information on this resort? The latest review is from 2003. I have it on hold but not sure if I should let it go and hope for something else to pop up.

JLB stayed there and Conch Man and I visited him.
It is right on the beach near the main area.. He had a two bed, two bath, it was nice. from the balcony you culd see thegulf. the pool was in the front of the building. I think it ws a mix of whole ownership and timeshares. I don't thik it had a hot tub, not sure. Not a Marriot, but not bad, and better than some other waterfront I have visited.
