Spacious (1,350 sq. ft.) unit. Resort is located at the southern (quiet) end of Estero Island (aka Fort Myers Beach).
Resort itself is not waterfront, but the Gulf shoreline and beach is in walking distance right across the street.

I have reduced the rental price to $800, to comply with TUG's "Last Minute Rentals" pricing rules.
In the unlikely event that Tropical Sands became closed for this week due to unpredictable Covid-19 developments (or for any other reason), my rental agreement very clearly states and guarantees in writing that I will promptly refund 100% of the rental fee paid.
