probably being developed for the 2020 / 2021 flu season
maybe combined with a COVID vaccine
If you mean 2020/21 flu season, the earliest that I have seen released is in August. September is usually when it first become available. I doubt any COVID-19 vaccine or antibodies will make it into this year's.

Flu vaccines usually start development very early in the year. As noted, they have already started development. We are only a few months away from them releasing the first vaccines for the next flu season.
It should also be noted that the CDC doesn't develop the vaccine. This is done by pharmaceutical companies. The CDC provides information and input as to what strains of the flu should be included in the vaccine.
