Has anyone ever stayed at this resort? It's listed in II (FYO), but I couldn't find it in the TUG ratings.
Any info would be appreciated.

Some friends stayed there Feb or March 2011 - they were very impressed. It seems it is mainly marketed to Europeans, so there were lots of Germans when they were there. They rented and got it quite cheaply (if you 'liked' them on facebook you got a big dicount) It worked well for them since they were arriving mid-week and Spring break didn't seem to be affecting the demand there (since it was mainly Europeans anyway).

My friends didn't have any experience with timeshares, so would've been impressed regardless with the space, but I grilled them quite a bit when they got back and it seemed very good to very good. There was a bit of construction at the front, but it didn't affect them.

Yes, it is a suites hotel, but it is in II under code FYO
Being a hotel means it will probably start showing up as an II Getaway rather than an Exchnage, but at the moment there doesn't seem to be any availability
