I've got a friend in Wyndham sales. Seems Wyndham is out of Destin FL inventory, and they are now deeding Bonnet Creek, Cypress Palms, Panama City, and CWA. Guessing they must be restocking inventory from the two takeback programs and maybe some resale contracts.

I wonder if they have any plans to construct the missing south wing at Panama City Beach. That would be great news.

While there in April, Some Wyndham people said they were going to start, however, they have been saying that since I started going there in 2011 (and probably before that). Said the HOA was slowing things down. How true, I'm not sure.

My main problem with PCB is they don't recycle. Once again, they said the HOA doesn't want a recycle dumpster on site. My response to that was there was planty of room across the street to "hide" said dumpster.

When they say HOA I wonder if they mean for the timeshare owners or for the whole owners. That's one of the complicating factors to the property. I think the whole owners might have a louder voice. There are trash rooms and I don't see how it would complicate or mess up things to provide a drop for cans and bottles.

When I was there last month, they told me they had an off site facility where they sorted and recycled. I wondered at the the time if was bull, but who knows.

The Wyndham people seemed to be blaming the HOA for the owners on the residences on the left side of the building.

I'm pretty sure you were getting a line of crap. I have been there every april since 2012 and each time I ask the same thing about recycling. My question never changes..."If Wyndham is so "green", why doesn't this resort recylcle?

Never once have I gotten the same answer. :annoyed:

They are doing a great job at being green on towels.
Today is midweek here at PCB and no room cleaning or towel swap out. Called at 5:30 today, bunch of run around, then "we're sending the stuff over now" with no room cleaning time confirmed with only three nights left on our week's stay.

Seven night stay? We were there 7 nights in April and they did ours on a Tuesday.
