Florida Club - Unit Assignment?

I am new to Florida Club. I own a MGV 2 bedroom L/O, but I have booked a 2025 week in April at Marriott Ocean Pointe. My reservation indicates Ocean Front View.

Are you guaranteed this view, or does it work like an II exchange?

You will be given the Ocean Front view at Ocean Pointe if that is what you booked. With a Florida Club week you can book either view as Ocean Pointe is the only Florida Club resort that has separate views.

Note that booking Ocean Front (except a 3-bedroom) greatly increases the chances of being assigned to Kingfish. 40 out of 69 2-bedroom oceanfront villas are in Kingfish. (58%)

Not like II in terms of you get the view type that you book, but you still are subject to prioritisation based on ownership and/or MVC enrolled status.
