I especially like the part about restitution for the victims. If the A-G is successful in its endeavours, I certainly hope that all the other scammers out there take note and realize this could come back to bite them in the back side.

this is common when an AG goes after an entity in this fashion, however the only folks that will receive these funds...are the victims who reported the crime to the AGs office!

it is so important to get folks to report these scammers!

Looks like the AG's press dept is going back to referring to these groups as timeshare resale businesses. Wonder if the personnel who write them have changed? Over the past year I've seen the wording in the releases push the term "telemarketer" more than "reseller", and I was hoping that trend would continue..
