Trying to get to Florence with II. The one resort in the directory doesn't come up when trying to do a request, but 2 others do that are not listed anywhere online or otherwise. When we spoke to a rep in the web dept at II they also expressed concerns as to why these props came up as an alternate to our original prop request. The rep was just about to help us with our request via the web when we we were disconnected,so I thought I would run this by tug to see if there was any feedback. Also is the exchange price 154.00 and is there any known promo codes we can use. Thanks for input.

I don't know of any promo codes.

When we planned our Italy trip for last may, we looked at II for possible trades. First, availability is extremely limited and the resorts looked very disappointing. We ended up using Starpoints for our hotels in Rome, Florence and Venice.
