I do not recall ever seeing the WKORV OFC floor plan. I have seen the OFC villa in person - effectively the same as Premium floor plan but with a balcony on the studio side. The OFC studio balcony is about 90 sqft

The one bedroom side of the OFC unit has a much larger lanai than the OV and IV lanais; I would estimate 250 square feet. The lanai has a dining table, four chairs, and two chaises longues.

The inside of the unit is identical to the OV premium one bedroom units.

I have never seen a floor plan for OFC either and I own two. The lanai is really fantastic in these units. You can easily accommodate 6-8 people on the lanai.

I think the new Nanea has missed the mark with their smaller lanais and limited access to the lanai. Only one door outside vs two.

I'm at WKORV now in an OFD 2 bdrm. I can't measure the lanai next door, but I will say that the OFC studio lanai appears to be the exact same size as the OFC lanai directly in front of the master bedroom. Symmetry and all that. The only difference is that there's a thick wall on both sides, where the lanai in front of the 1 bdrm shares the lanai directly in front of the living room.

OFC Studio Lanai

Hard to get photo of entire area. Lisarex is correct, the studio side lanai is the entire width of the studio.

Thank you. We had a wonderful time. Getting ready to leave in an hour for the airport.

Maui is a great island and WKORV (both sides and assuredly the new phase) is an absolutely beautiful oceanfront resort. If I lived closer, I'd be here more often. As is, we probably won't be back for another 3-5 years. Too many other places to explore!
