This is probably a simple question for someone but Ive been wondering why did they assign me week 14 if I have a floating week?

The contract says
assigned unit week 14

Fixed or floating: all season- float week-float unit

Also when we bought the timeshare they signed us up with II and told us it would be $84 a year or you could pay for 4yrs. and get 5yrs. When I get stuff in the mail from II it says its $138 a year. It this what everyone pays now?

Sorry for these questions.

Most deeds have a week assigned for recording purposes only, but the week can still be floating. Based on what you posted, that seems to be the case with your unit.

As Denise said, for legal purposes and inventory control, you may have to be deeded a week, without that week actually being yours to use becuz its one of many units that's kept in "float" for all to use, just the others are.

As for the price differential... no idea. Maybe an II-member can help.
