Only $500 for timeshare purchase + $150 closing fee + $175 resort transfer fee. Usage would start 2017. You can book the week you want up to one year in advance as this is a red floating odd year usage. 1 bedroom unit that floats any week of the year. Maintenance fee is due on usage years only in the amount of $612. Includes daily golf for just the cart fee. Free and clear, maintenance fees up to date. This is one of several units we own at Waterside. We decided to lesson the portfolio a bit. At least for now. Lol.

Price is negotiable, so make an offer if interested. I also have a yearly floating red 3 bedroom I'd be willing to make available if that interests anyone. Thanks

I've had some inquiries, but no takers yet. One of nice things about this resort, besides the free golf, is that you can book any size room for a week, in the non-prime season, at any of their resorts by just paying the maintenance fee for the week you book. So, you don't need to own a fall, winter, or spring week to go there those months. You can book the floating week you own during the prime summer and either use or rent it for more than the maintenance fee. Then, book a week in the slower months for just the maintenance fee. They also have shorter getways cheap that they offer if you can't do a full week.

Still available. We've never had a problem reserving the week we want. This is a great resort we go to every year. We just have more weeks than we need. Make an offer or ask any questions you may have. Thanks!

Just realized that I had a typo above. The transfer fee charged by the resort is $125 which I misstated. Closing is $150 and I'll take $200 for the purchase price. So, a total of $475 is the cost to you. It really is a great resort. I just rented our 3 bedroom unit here this coming summer for $1250. Another good indication of the resort is that over half the people that have expressed some interest so far are already owners at Waterside, including the ones I rented the 3 bedroom to.

Answering these questions here rather than individual responses.
Yes, I'm willing to give it away for free.
No, I'm not willing to pay the fees to transfer it. I already deeded a week 35 back to the resort and could do the same with this week. I can also continue to rent it for a profit. So please, no questions about whether I'd pay the fees for you.

Still available. It will cost you only $275 to cover transfer and closing to own this week. I think this is a great first timeshare because you're only paying $612 maintenance fee every other year. You can use it to get a great week of your choice in hhi and you can join RCI to take advantage of their extra vacation deals and last calls.

Still available. You should check out the getaways offered by this resort. If you can travel outside of the June through August timeframe you can book extra weeks for the cost of the maintenance fee. These are not limited to the size unit you own. You can book them in any size unit.
