"RCI's system does not currently provide a way to search online with special deposits such as One-Plus-One weeks. However, we have many web initiatives underway this year and next. The ability to search with these deposits online is something we know our members want and we're looking at ways to try to provide that in the future.

Madge,
I'm not trying to start a fight so please take this request seriously. Why not hire more qualified programmers and fix all the ongoing website problems before you add more more "web initiatives"? It is VERY frustrating dealing with all the bugs in your system on a daily basis.

Phil,

One of the causes of the sporadic web problems we've been experiencing is our move to a new server. Our technical teams are somewhat divided trying to keep the current site running while working on the new platform. Most of the new initiatives are being undertaken by a special team. Still, there is much coordination required.

Madge,

RCI / Cendent is not exactly a small organisation any more and therefore the excuses about the support team being stretched is wearing a bit thin. I don't doubt that is the line you are being fed, but it really is not acceptable for a system which is fundamental to the operation of exchanges to be so unreliable.
I have worked in IT for over 30 years and had I ever been responsible for such a 'flakey' system I would have been out the door years ago.
Hopefully you are advising the IT people that the membership of RCI are very unhappy with the level of service being provided, and have been for some time.
