fitness and wellness costs at MM1

A few years ago there was a program called White Tiger Yoga/Wellness at some of the US-West and Hawaii resorts, run by a professional with a series of pay-as-you-go classes throughout the week. I'm not sure if MM1 was one of the resorts or if this is still happening.

Can you explain which "wellness" activities you're talking about?

System wide there is a fitness program "ClubThrive" being rolled out to all resorts...at no cost (except as included in our MFs). Here at Waiohai it is an excellent program being run by a great program director. Water aerobics every morning, boot camp sessions in the fitness center twicenaweek, Zumba (gold) classes 3x, power walks in AM, gentler walks.

Something for everyone...everyone I talked to has been quite satisfied with te program.

Yes, White Tiger Yoga was at Maui Ocean Club for several years. Don't know about currently as we did not go to our home resort this winter.
