First Timeshare In the U.S.A.

The first timeshare in the U.S.A. was Kauai Kailani, Kauai and it was started by Bob Burns and Bob Ringeburg in 1969. In the industry they were called the two (2) Bob's.
The resort is still open. This is the First Non Hotel Condo Timeshare.
