Hello:

Three weeks from now will be my first time to Marriott's Summit Watch in Park City? Does anybody have any tips for room selection (assuming I have some sort of choice as a Marriott Owner there). Are there certain buildings or areas that have been updated? Are the views better in certain spots? Are there buildings to try to avoid?

I have no knowledge of Summit Watch whatsoever, so anything at all, that you feel would be helpful, would be very welcomed and appreciated... Thanks already (positive attitude here)... Bob

We usually ask for the top floor NOT facing the highway.

The Ontario building can be kind of nice as it is closest to the pool/jacuzzi - and you can get to the lobby without going outside as it attached to the Lodge building.

The Wasatch building is closest to the bridge for the town lift. Nice if you have a bundle of skiers. Alpine would be close as well.

We were just there last month in the Silver Nugget Building during Sundance - that end of the property felt a bit deserted but we really liked our room - had great view above the neighboring building out to the mountain. I think we were in 6217/18.

P.M. me if you'd like a pdf of the property map. You could probably find on here somewhere also.

Also you do not need to rent a car in Park City if you are flying into SLC. There are jitney buses that can take you up there and when you are in Park City all the buses are free. Have fun! Funtime
