Will you be visiting the Turks & Caicos by cruise ship or staying on Providenciales, the island where Grace Bay Beach is located?
The best beach by far is Grace Bay Beach. There are a few things to do on the island, like snorkeling, fishing, birdwatching.
There are a couple of timeshares on or near Grace Bay listed in II and RCI.
When I visited I stayed at The Sands on Grace Bay - not a timeshare but a nice moderately priced resort.
The accommodations are cheaper in the off season.
