Firefly Auto Rentals?

Anyone had any experience with them? I've never heard of them.

A friend used them in San Francisco. Got a deal for $8 a day (plus taxes). He thought it would be a scam but it worked out fine.

Thanks. At the time I posted, they had the best price, so we reserved a car. But now.....drum roll.....we've found one that's almost $100.00 less than their rate. I will remember that Firefly is a legitimate company.

Renting cars is such a pain in trying to get a good price--let alone, the best price. Currently, we've got one for so much less than Costco's price that I doubt Costco will fall to even be competitive, but we'll keep looking; one never knows.
