Filing Taxes for Rental Income

I was thinking about renting out my TS(s) next year. It looks like I would have to file a 1099 for each week that is rented. I'm just wondering how much of a PITA is it to deal with tax papers for rentals. If I rent for the cost of MFs or less, would that still be considered rental income to the IRS?
