This is a vacation house and not a timeshare per se. I hope the mods let it stay considering its an extenuating circumstance. We rented a vacation home in Orlando for the entire month of January. Paid in full. Then my aunt got diagnosed with breast cancer and has to start treatment ASAP. I am now trying to recoup some of the money spent on the rental.
Its available for the entire month of January. We paid $3000 for it. Looking to rent it for $500 per week. $50 off for additional weeks.
"This luxury 3 bedroom town home is located near Disney World and has just been recently decorated & re-furnished.The house is open plan and as you walk through the entrance you have a breakfast kitchen nook area with table and chairs.The kitchen then overlooks a dining area which has ample seating for six. With the exception of a downstairs washroom, all bedrooms and bathrooms are positioned on the second floor.The master bathroom is en-suite with a shower and there is a shared bathroom for the other two bedrooms. The house sleeps six comfortably with 2 queen beds and 2 single beds.The house is fully equipped with everything that you require for a self catering vacation close to Disney World, Universal, and all other big attractions. The kitchen is fully equipped and it has a variety of appliances such as microwave, dish washer, range etc.You also have your own clothes washing machine and dryer. There are two TV's in the house both served with cable, one in the lounge and the other in the bedroom. The house also has wireless internet to help keep in touch. The house has full AC & ceiling fans. The resort of Fiesta Key is very well located six miles from Disney World entrance, the resort has a club house, swimming pool & tennis courts. The resort is also gated & has excellent security. Your home is less than a one minute walk to the pool & club house. This really is a great place to vacation!"
