For a 4 BR at Fairfield Pagosa Springs, during weeks 22-34 (Prime summer weeks), you need 300,000 points.

Nothing I am aware of (SI). But if Cypress Palm is a good indication, the MF for next year (SI) maybe increase more than inflation. By the way, it is going to be deposited to II if it is your first purchase.

If you need to get 4BR in Pagosa Springs more than a few times, you may want to seek a UDI package there, or find an owner there and try to establish some working relationship. These units are very limited.

"Limited" is an understatement:rolleyes: . There are only 2-4br Presidential Suites at Pagosa and one of them has been used as a model, the available unit is handicapped accessible. It's possible they've turned the model unit over to inventory but the last I looked, they were still showing it as a model.

The unit goes fast to UDI owners with enough points. I was fortunate in using my VIP RARP privilege to book the unit exactly 11 months in advance of week 12, 2007.

What happened in CP & where is the best place to track or find out about these things? Does II have as good as relationship with FF as RCI? (Do they have 28k flexchange?)

Thank you all for your expertise on this ts system.

3 BD is list for 203k in prime time. But I don't see it in the on-line inventory. Jim or Mike probably will know more about the # of unit there.

CP is proposed to have 10% increase. Most is due to House keeping and electricity. And because that area has increased its property value overall, so expect the tax portion will increase too. You can try to joint yahoo FF group. But this are the propose stage, you usually will not know until it become effective. Your best bet is to call resort and ask them.

II is not as good relationship with FF as RCI. WM works better there. I have no resort affilate with II, so I have no idea the detail. But I will send you a PM.
