Seeking owner input on Festiva Resorts. Ability to book units and also to sell interest. Thanks.
 
There doesn't seem like there is a lot of Festiva owners who post here on TUG.

But if you want any kind of answer you'll get a better response on the other TS systems board. I'm moving you there.

Do not buy anything from Festiva before registering or reading the posts on user group Equivest-PeppertreeOwners@yahoogroups.com . Many of us have been ripped off, promised things which could not be delivered or given horrible service. The Missouri Attorney General sued Festiva and won damages for those who filed against them..Buyers beware:mad:

Ability to book units - Many people find it difficult to book units in prime locations at prime times. If traveling off season, it is probably easier.

Resale value of Festiva points - Not long ago, there was an auction on eBay for 4,500 (I recall) Festiva Adventure Club points. I remember the starting bid was $199. The auction ended with zero bids. This tells me that Festiva points have very little resale value.
