Such as Outfield Marketing?Sadly those people fall into the mindset that the timeshare just simply cant be sold, making them even easier victims for certain organizations who feed off that fear.
Cindy, many little independent resorts have a bulletin board on the premises where you can put your timeshare up for sale or for rent so people can contact you directly. Some other goofy pieces of information:
1) There is a bulletin board in every resort where you can pin a notice. WHAT? She should have said a newsletter, if there is one, is a good way to get someone to take a week you don't want.
2) She doesn't give the correct website for Bidshares, she says Bidshare.
3) 30-50% is too generous for a timeshare resale.
4) I don't really pay my maintenance fees, Month in and Month out.
and
5) What you mentioned, Brian, handing a resort a quitclaim deed, and most will take it back? Not really, as you said.
I liked almost all of the information, even with my criticism.
