Nope, You have to contact the resort and see if they will accept a deedback or you will have to find another person willing to accept your giveaway or you could default, not pay the MF's and take whatever consequences that results in.

Hi @teach, do you have a deed or RTU for a specific resort? Or is it points? What season is it?

I do have a deed. Summer Is exempt from use.
