I know there are some of you out there. Did you see the show last night which was highlights from the past years and a little preview of the season to come? Since I've watched since the beginning of course I had to see it. They didn't really introduce all of the previous winners that will be on this next season, but I don't remember a lot of them. I am pulling for Sandra to win for a third time, but doubt she'll be able to do it. I did find it amusing that she stated that Rob never told her he was coming back, even though they'd spent all that time together on the last season. But I wonder, did she tell him she'd be coming back? :D

I got hooked on the very first show. I had little interest but nothing else was on and watched. I became fascinated with the dynamics of the game given the deprivation and stress they go through. At the time I was an annual leader of a boy scout backpacking trek in the Adirondaks. The behaviors I saw were so familiar with teens put under a smaller but same stress. Imagine teenagers tired and hungry and you can guess. Having said that I am not a fan of the sequel seasons. I understand why they do it. I feel that these people have had their 15 minutes of fame and others deserve the chance. I know I am in the minority on this.

I'm the opposite from bluehende, after 15+ years I tired of it. But I come back to see the old-timers. Also, it was something my husband and I used to watch together, so not as fun solo. I never watch Jeopardy on my own, only with dear friend who is lifelong fan of it. (Although she did get me hooked on James.)

Didn’t see it yet, but will try to find it. I want to watch this season, to see how it plays out.

That was my wife's immediate response, too.

What is different about this season is that ALL of the players have not only played before, but have won (and one won twice). They should ALL have targets on their back. We could be very, very surprised at who wins, and how they manage to do it.

We are in Tasmania and watched a few episodes of Australia Survivors All Stars. The two previous winners were eliminated the first 2 episodes. Now a lot of back dooring going on as people are focusing on payback from their previous times on survivor and who did them dirty before.
