Fairfield Glade TN Laurel Ridge 2012 paid! Closing fees paid. Red week

I've got Laurel Ridge Owner Unit 1157/Week 31 Bldg 001F, week 31. I'm told its a red week. I really don't know much about it, I'm happy to find out. My in-laws own this and have "given" it to me since they can't afford the fees as they're now retired. I've paid the maintenance fees for the last three years and live too far away to use it. There are also somehow some banked weeks on RCI which I don't know how to use either. I'm told its a 2Br/2Bath. I've never been there and its too far to drive.

I'll pay closing fees. I've also paid 2012 MF's which were 553.47.
