Express Timeshare Closings

Has anyone worked with Express Timeshare Closings of Vero Beach, FL recently? Susan Gale, formerly with Timeshare Transfer, started this company a little over a year ago. Has anyone closed with this new company lately? Any comments, good or bad?

Very satisfied with a closing she handled for us this past year. It was done professionally and quickly, and her prices were very competitive.

You should always use caution when choosing a closing agent and verify that they are legally able to provide closing services for the resort in question.

With that said, Susan Gale has been handling timeshare closings for a long time and is a very experienced closing agent. She originally worked with a company called ProDox, and then was a partner with Timeshare Transfer.

I haven't had any clients use her new company yet, but if you can verify that she is set up properly to legally handle a closing for your resort I'd expect she would do a fantastic job.

She also does just escrow only (just holds the money) for $100
