Exploria / Summers Bay - buying Expos on resale

Hello,

Does anyone have experience with Exploria points and purchasing Expos on resale? Are there any restrictions on purchases through resale? In the sales pitch they push inventory available within 60 days, similar to last calls in RCI. What does inventory look like for these "last calls" during Jan and Feb?

I am interested in the system, mostly to gain access to Summer's Bay inventory beyond what is available through RCI.

I do have a tremendous amount of expos that I rent out if you are interested. You would be able to stay with the Platinum benefits as well. Reply if interested.
