Is BG currently exercising ROFR for points and does it make a difference what home resort the points are from?

BG told us that they're not doing deed buy backs on points and I want to make sure they don't snatch it out from a buyer if we offer it at too low of a price on Tug or Redweek.

BG is excercising ROFR on prime weeks at prime resorts if the price the buyer and seller agree upon is low enough. As you say, the trick is what is "low enough" and, unfortunately, I can offer no help on that.

Thanks. I'm going to try 0.10 a point on Redweek and will see how it goes. I'll report back here whenever they are finally sold.

I'm curious as to why you would care if they snatch it from a buyer as long as you get your asking price?

Actually, an ROFR transaction is far quicker and easier from a transaction time standpoint. You'll have your asking price and be done with it.

I'd rather see an individual get a good deal than have BG get it. They have already taken enough money in unused maintenance fees.
