Exchanging through II

I am fairly new to timesharing and exchanging and ended up picking up a free unit at the San Clemente Inn at the end of 2020 ...

I have been lucky enough to exchange both my 2021 and 2022 weeks through Interval for decent exchanges in Hawaii:

Kona Coast Resort KON (week 23) booked 11 months in advance
Ka'anapali Beach Club EGK (week 31) booked 15 months in advance

My understanding is that San Clemente Inn doesn't have a lot of trading power and is not that valuable on the exchange marketplace. Could it be that COIVD has temporarily opened up some availability that is not typically be available to me.

Also, is there any way to see what my trading power would be under RCI?
