If we deposit our week with interval, do they use the date of the deposit and then have it expire 2 years from that date, or does each year have a set date? In other words, if you deposit in January is it two years from January or some other date set by II? Hope this is clear.

Your eligible dates of exchange are up to one year before your units check in date and two years after your units check in date. So if you deposit a June 2009 week in January 2009 you would have until June of 2011 to use that week for exchange.

There is a very detailed explanation in your II resort directory.
