SVV and Vacation Village at Williamsburg.
We just returned from a successful exchange (Wyndham-RCI-DVC) and I noticed upon searching that it allowed me to create a guest certificate. Would I be able to exchange into a DVC for my sister and her family for the cost of the guest certificate with my banked Wyndham points?

Thanks for any info :)
