With Santa coming to town in about a month :whoopie: , I thought I'd throw out a question. What do you wish Santa would bring your exchange company this year?

For instance...I really wish Santa would bring MY exchange company the gift of Searching First...:D

No need for company names...just a thread to get everyone in the holiday mood :banana: .

Well, the terms of an imminent settlement agreement in a certain class action lawsuit are apparently going to beat Santa to the punch this year as a far as one particular "three lettered" exchange company goes....

The phrase "disclosure of trading power", upon court approval of the settlement agreement, will be tantamount to "search first". Although the internal methods of valuation will not be revealed, thereby protecting the job of the man behind the curtain, "search first" is apparently already on the way. This should open up a free line on your Xmas "wish list"...;)
