The Beach Club at St. Augustine Beach, FL (1 floating week, purchased in 1982)

77,000 RCI points (Sunrise Ridge Resort, TN)
We have been trying to get a refund for the first leg of our flight home on InterJet Airlines out of Mexico. They cancelled the first part of our trip (Chetumal to Mexico City) so we had to buy a ticket on another airline to get to MEX in time to make the 2nd part of our flight to Toronto. InterJet is saying we used our flight and they would have to investigate to see if we were owed any refund! The replacement flight only cost us around $100 each but the point is, InterJet still wants us to pay their full fare even though they cancelled part of the total trip. The battle is ongoing, thank goodness they have an office in Toronto where the employees speak English.

Yes, that's what 2 reps told us last week! They said the 2 flights were purchased as a single flight package and we used most of it! :mad: Supposedly some 'supervisor' is looking into it!

We had two back-to-back Euro-tours set for this Summer.
Both cancelled and gave us credits good for 2020 - 2022.
The problem is that Delta is silent on our flights in June.

Their credits only lasts for a limited time. We need them to
cancel the flights for a full refund, or extend the credit use.
