Escrow Only recommendations

I am about to buy a Worldmark TS. I am looking for an inexpensive "escrow only" service to hold the purchase funds only the deal is complete. Can someone offer some recommendations. hx

I closed a resale within the last month. JRA Services, Inc. charged me $100 for escrow services and they did a fine job. I'll use them for my next purchase or sale.

Timeshare Transfer - Thumps Up as well

Timeshare Transfer also does Escrow Only for $100 and I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them for all my Escrow Only services.
