If you confirmed your initial exchange prior to 2/1/2024 you can still do the retrades up to day prior to checkin.

I think that is because there has never been a sticky for EPlus. It is a pretty easy term to search for in the forum.

Have you noticed what might be happening to the inventory inside 14 days that used to be snapped up? I can't work out what might be different now, perhaps it is too early to see the effects.
