Hi all
This is my first time using II & eplus. I have made my 1st exchange for 6.12.21 so my eplus expires 6.12.22. I found a Ko Olina for retrade during spring break '21. If I retrade into that, will my eplus expiration change to 3.13.21? Or can I still retrade up to 6.12.22? Thanks for your help!

It will still expire 6/12/22 and you have 2 retrades left then

After your 3rd E-Plus, it reverts to your original Expiry-Date.

I don't understand, would it not be the check in date? I read past posts, strategy in canceling within 59days to get a 1yr expiration. But then i was getting overwhelmed because I am not at that stage yet..lol. Can you give me a scenario please.

‘After your 3rd eplus’ the eplus is done. Your goal is to have taken your trip by then. If you are still not set further retrades would be regular retrades and require another exchange fee.

The other option if you are still not happy after using all the epluses is to call II and cancel and get a replacement week good for 1 year from your cancellation date.

Whether it’s better to do the regular retrade and maintain your original expiry or take a replacement week with the 1 year expiry depends on your own situation- both require a new exchange fee and would be subject to flexchange if you are acting less than 60 days from current check in date.

Good luck- hope you can get your trip with the eplus.

Would the replacement week have the same trading power as the innitial deposit (including the same Vistana or Marriot priority)? Can it be used the same way as a normal deposit for searches and ongoing searches?

I am really curious to an answer on the first question, I don't know. Does one also get the discounted exchange fees with Marriott/Vistana? I do beleive you can place ongoing searches the same way you can with a regular deposit.

It is supposed to have similar trading power to the original week. It is supposed to have Marriott/Vistana priority. You can do an ongoing search as long as the replacement week isn't limited to flexchange. In the past you lost the discount for M To M or V to V even though multiple agents promised that priority was still attached. I have a Marriott replacement week that I just posted about that hasn't matched, and am curious if it is because no weeks have been deposited or if the trading power and priority aren't there for the week.

I wonder if the free exchange fees stick inside of a corporate DC account?
