Hi all, I am considering a purchase of a EOY VV Williamsburg Week 23 4Br lockoff. Annual MF of $470 (seller is paying all the closing and transfer costs). Maybe I would go there once every couple of years, so primarily looking at it for its trading value. Questions:
1. Could anyone tell me the RCI TPUs? And since this is an EOY, I think I actually get 2Br every year??
2. I see on the II chart that this week is 150 TDI, which is the max. So would this be better to exchange in II rather than RCI? (I don’t have an II membership…yet). I know II would give me access to Marriott locations but I haven’t stayed in any of theirs yet to know whether they are significant nicer than HGVC (which I have a TS).
3. Would love any opinions as to whether this is a good trader (based on MF) or if I should keep looking.

thank you so much in advance for any and all wisdom!! :)

IIRC, it’s ~21 TPUs for each 2 BR if you split up and deposit that way or ~28 as a 4 BR.

IMHO, II is a better way to go. I’ve also used an ownership there to convert to WM points. Right now it seems to me the availability in II is better.

As an EOY, I got the usage as either a 4 BR or two 2 BRs every other year. At Massanutten, they do the internal exchange to make it a 2 BR every year, but I don’t think they do that at VV Williamsburg.
