Can you exchange an odd year floating week ( 2007) for an even week the following year ( 2008) ? Or are you limited to odd year useage?

If you are speaking of exchanging the week through RCI/II or other exchange company -- yes you may book either odd- or even-years with your EOY.

Some resorts may allow you to book floating weeks during either the odd- or even-year internally (without using an exchange company) -- but you would have to check with the resort specificially.

Your even/odd year ownership only affects when you can use or reserve your own week at your own resort. Once you have deposited it with an exchange company, you can exchange for any eligible week in the exchange pool regardless of its even/odd year status.
