Do you know if the arriving and departing flights are in the same terminal?
Was this booked through the airline website? I always thought that they could only book flights where there was enough time to make the connection. Of course that assumes the first leg is on time.

I have heard that Philly can be tough for flights...............
Some of the sites offer % numbers of 'on time' etc---perhaps look into that info

I would ask them to change one of the flights to give you more time. Depending on which terminals your flights are in, you might have to exit and go through security again.
