signed up for a an encore stay in Maui last week. Having buyer's remorse and want to back out of it. Anyone know if there's any rescission period for these? The contract doesn't mention anything. Thanks in advance.

Starwood had a rescission period on their Hawaii encore packages a few years ago, which we used. I have never had a Marriott encore package that we wanted to rescind, so I do not know about theirs. I suspect there may be one, however, as the companies usually offer rescission only to the extent required by state law.
When we bought an Encore Package back in 2005, it did have a right of rescission. I believe it was the regular seven (Florida) days and it was in our paperwork.
