i am giving away my one bedroom Timeshare Enchanted Isle week 10 in Hollywood, FL.
starts March 8, 2025. Just pay closing costs. Maintenance is $ 800. LT Transfers will handle the closing.

It’s a nice family resort, but we don’t plan to keep it any longer. It trades well .

It rents well also.
I've been able to get $250 a night for my unit the past few years renting thru the resort.
They do take a 30% cut but that's fair. Last year it rented for the entire week.
Most years I just rent for the long weekend and use it for 4 nights to pay half my MF's.
Locals like to do staycations at Hollywood beach.
