Since I have 3 VV weeks, I've received several emails now from Tova to attend a 'virtual owner preview'. Has anyone attended one of these yet? Here is some of the contents of the email:

Vacatia has assigned me to you as part of the hand-selected owners eligible to receive virtual updates regarding Vacatia’s recent acquisition of your timeshare company. Your ownership has been positively impacted by this transition, and we want to ensure you have the most accurate information on how these enhancements benefit you.

We are currently offering a one-hour Virtual Owner Preview. This personalized session will cover your specific benefits, future usage options, and new destinations, as well as exclusive offers to enhance your ownership.

We know you have put so much into your ownership. Vacatia wants a chance to meet with you from the comfort of your home to give you these updates. Vacatia knows you probably have a lot of questions about this transition and we encourage you to bring these questions to the virtual presentation.

Due to the high volume of impacted owners, appointments are limited.

As a thank you for your time out of your busy schedules to get all these invaluable updates, you may choose one of the following gift options upon completion provided you have shown up on time and with your SO and any co-owners:

· 7-night resort stay

· 5-day / 4-night cruise

· $150 Gift Card

· $200 Maintenance Fee credit
 
I own 2 (resale at the Colonies and Grandview) weeks and have not gotten this. Have gotten emails promoting free stays (4 & 2 nights) and a $100 visa gift card. I don’t ever do these.

I own 2 resale The Colonies weeks and haven't gotten this either.
 
I wonder if the VV Elite/premier people that bought developer to get the lower internal exchange fee with RCI Points are also seeing the $159 fee jumped up to $199 with no notice?

I looked back in my emails and I have 3 emails from Tova, so I assume one is related to each of the timeshares. I own at Grandview, Parkway, and The Colonies.
